We hired David to handle the sale of our home in the NE Heights and at the same time had him in charge of finding us our new home in the same area. Luckily David was raised and has his office in the area so he was very knowledgeable about school districts and comps which were important to us. Before we put our house on the market he met with us and gave us suggestions to help get our house market ready. Once on the market the house was under contract within 2 weeks. With David’s help we were able to move into our new home and close on the old home within 3 weeks of each other. The timing couldn’t have been better. Not to mention he always had time to answer questions along the way. We don’t plan on buying another home but if we did we would reach out to David again.

The advice and expertise David offered was invaluable and enlightening for us as first time home buyers. He was aware of our wants and needs and made sure we were able to stick to our budget. He didn't push us to go to a higher price or show us houses that were unrealistic for us. He always had resale value in mind which helped keep every property we walked through in perspective--what was a realistic price, what things would need updating, what problems you could run into over time, neighborhood etc.
David helped me and my husband find a house that was perfect for us. He was willing to work in our (somewhat limited) schedule for showings, which often included showings Friday night after work.
