Avoid working with or renting from Patterson Realtors at all costs!! This is a wealthy father/son combination who couldn't give one crap about their tenants and how bad they rip them off. For example, it took nearly four weeks to get them to turn on the heat in the winter. My family had to purchase a space heater and all sleep in the same room to get through October because they wouldn't get a technician to come turn on the heat. Think two rich guys are going to sleep in the winter without heat?? Only once I blocked my phone number, did the landlords actually pick up the call and do something about it. We also were broken into for a second time, because they wouldn't come out and fixed a broken window from a previous break-in. The robbers came through the same broken window as they did the first time. Example two of property management company negligence. The final straw was after our move-out. When we moved in, the house was really dirty and the lawn was pretty much pure dirt. Upon move-out, they charged us a $150 fee for a professional cleaning service and $400 to re-seed our lawn. Basically, ripping us off of $550 after we had already been robbed a second time because of their negligence. Save yourself a headache and a lot of money by avoiding these two wealthy, negligent, and bigoted individuals.
