This review is written in hopes of warning others from getting ripped off -- be careful in dealing with this company. They advertise and list homes they are actually NOT contracted to list, to then look to negotiate a buy/sell of a home. The whole process was expensive, misleading and misrepresented. We were naive -- so buyers please beware!
My family purchased a new home with a builder in Albuquerque. John took us to preview the different builders and subdivisions and gave us the pro's and cons of each. He worked with the lender to get us a down payment grant and get us a great interest rate. He negotiated an incentive from the builder to pay for all of our closing costs get upgrades and a stainless steel appliance package. I am so glad that I contacted John before going to the builders as we got a much better buy and all the extras. My family and friends will use John and his company for all of our real estate transactions, whether buying or selling! We give John five stars and recommend him highly!
