This little shop is a gem. All I've rented was a buggy for my toddler (that was great) but I've brought my bikes here for service multiple times. They do an amazing job. I live a few hours from Albuquerque and only come in about once a month. A week before my next trip to ABQ, I called the mega store where I bought my bike and asked if they could do a tuneup on a specific day. They said 'first come-first served', declined to make me an appointment, and expressed doubt that it could be done in a day. BikeSmith made me an appointment and got my tuneup done the same day.
