Pretty efficient setting. We were helped on Thanksgiving day within about 5 minutes and were not upsold on anything.
Once we got to the counter to pick up our car the attendant verified the reservation and went out of his way to make sure we were on our way very quickly and didn’t spend time trying to sell us something we didn’t need.
Pleasant airport. Nice decorations, good food places and gift shops. Easy to navigate.
Getting from baggage claim to the shuttle was very easy to understand and the shuttles were clean and ran smooth.
Just wowed by service at Hertz. Gentleman at the counter was super friendly. And when I was leaving the gentleman who was helping me get out was very patient even though I admit I wasn't after a 5 hr flight and 2 cranky kids at 1am. Thank you so much for your kindness. Will definitely use your services again.
Despite being so far away, the rental car facility at ABQ is easy to get to thanks to VERY frequent shuttles. My only complaint is that it is difficult to find some of the companies in the back such as Alamo.
