Run from this place because they are a joke.
We have lived here a little over a year now and couldn't be happier. The staff and manager are amazing and if we ever have an issue jet gets taken care if in a timely manner. The owner is awesome and so nice and professional. Best place we have lived by far and corrales is the perfect location for our family.
When you are talking to a "manager" and they laugh at you, won't let you talk and hang up on you.

Me and my husband have been living here for about a month. We had to move out of the house we were renting due to the landlord wanting to sell. So, we had to move out right away and I like the fact that Somerset Park Apartments allow tenants that have evictions or broken leases! That was a big plus for us! I also love the free utilities, that saves us so much money being that I'm a stay-at-home mom to a six-month baby girl and my husband works so like I said saves us a lot of money! When we moved into our apartment it was spotless! We had brand new carpet, the bathrooms and kitchen were wiped down very good! They even vacuumed all of the rooms with carpet, I thought that was awesome since it was new carpet and all! I also like the fact that they are very diligent when it comes to letting us know when the water is going to be turned off for maintenance and also they give notice 4 things such as when they will be going from Air Conditioning to heat and vice-versa! When the air conditioner was still hooked up we had a small week in our apartment and we called maintenance and they quickly came the same day 2 fix it! The agents in the office are very friendly! Very happy with our choice to move her and plan to renew our lease once the year is up! I can't say enough good things about this apartment complex! I see a lot of bad reviews about Somerset Apartments, but the fact is any apartment you move into there's going to be pros and cons! There are no such thing as a perfect apartment complex! You have to take the good with the bad! Shout out to Elizabeth, she was super nice! And she told us about the $400 move in special! I suggest to the people who are writing bad reviews to really research Apartments! I mean you can't beat all utilities paid and we have a two bedroom two bathroom apartment and it comes out to $760 a month! Can't beat that!
It's horrible here.! DO NOT RENT HERE PLEASE.! They need to go out of business & rebuild this place, its growing so much mold & they just paint overy it.! I had a rat & called it in to management & they never called back or nothing.!!!! I had two pipe burst in the same exact place & my apartment flooded & it smelled gross.! They don't care about your situation, THEY JUST WANT MONEY.!!!!!

My fiance and I have been living here for years and it's worked out very well for us. Maintenance has been very prompt when repairs are needed, and the rare times we've had to speak to Management about something, they've been good with handling matters especially when you let them know things in advance. The location is very good if one's attending classes at CNM or UNM with bus stops within comfortable walking distance that take you to the main campuses. The rents with the all utilities included are very reasonable compared to past experiences in other cities like Chicago.
