This place is a joke do not book here, I am reporting this company for fraud they double book all clients and refuse to own their mistake. They act like its your fault they double book you. They did this twice!! The first time I changed dates because we were so far away, we are now a week away and just found out today!! They said its my event I need to figure it out because they made a mistake; this is a graduation party and in the middle of summer trying to find another date by next weekend is impossible Very unprofessional company!! I'm required to rate otherwise there would be no star. recorded everything while waiting 3hrs at pow wow club. saying she lost the money. she could'nt lock door. she said to follow her and she drove everywhere. then stopped at bank. told me you must be hard up...don't let her scam you. believe she does this every weekend.. report her, follow her to get your money back..

Let me just start by letting you know that if you are planning any event weather big or small this establishment is the worst potential prospect you could come to know. I am a big believer that if something is really worth spreading the word, well this is the time. This was the most inappropriate degree of professinalism that I have encountered in my life. I am a professional event coordinator that was honored to be asked to decorate a wedding for a family memeber and that was what I did. Unfortunately, the bride went with a simple facililty, and I use that word lightly becasue it was anything but!!! This hall was that we were told that we would have all day to decorate never happened. We had to pay this woman $50.00 more so that she could stay until 2:00pm. Clearly not what she had agreed to! From then on there was nothing but problems with the owner of this hall. The wedding started at 5:00 pm and she told us that she would not be there until 4:30pm, whenever she was done with what she had to do. Even at that we tried to maintain our composure, and let that slide but, she did not stop there she went on to give us a hard time the whole night. She did not stop until she totally ruined the wedding, had the bride in tears and called the police. I did not find the venue nor would i ever recommend this tin shack. You may want to pay a little extra money so that you will not have to deal with such an evil woman who once she has your deposit will change all the original rules and claim that she never said or promised anything. I know that problems will occur, but this woman went out of her way to make this lovely day a living hell. She also wanted to charge us for daylight savings time which, if she had any brains she would have known that Daylight savings occured last week. If she truly understood the real meaning of daylight savings than she would know that we would of gained and hour not lost an hour so we are the ones that got cheated, not her. I am a very easy person to get along with and I never complain unless I feel that there is something so unjust that is worth complaining about and this is that one and only time. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND FIND ANOTHER PLACE, AND FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO CHOOSE TO FIND OUT THE HARD WAY THAN WELL, GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!
