I have ordered from this place countless times and have never asked for freebies. Tonight I was treated like "one of those people".
Thoughtful! I was staying at a hotel and ordered a meal for me and some colleagues. The delivery guy brought napkins and paper plates! I don't know if that's a standard thing, but I have certainly ordered pizzas where this was not something taken into account. Appreciated the consideration.
Our driver Osman, he earned 5 stars. The food? It could have been a hit. Sadly disappointed. We asked for light sauce and light cheese. Well, if it was poured on light, I can't even imagine how one would eat it. Plus, the pizza wasn't even cut! Who does that? Seriously! Best thing about our food was it was not burned. It could have been out of this world but for the mess of sauce everywhere!
Their pan pizza with spinach and mushrooms? Best pizza I've had in ABQ.
I ordered and waited for over 20 minutes after the tracker said my pizza was out of the oven. It's raining out tonight, I get that. But I called with zero panic in my voice, and just wanted to know what the deal was. Got immediately interrupted by Rob saying "MA'AM WERE DOING THE BEST WE CAN" then proceeded to go ahead and not do a single thing in return for the attitude and inconvenience. I would've probably been happy with a free 2 liter... A couple dipping sauces! Sheesh! But he took his panic out on me and that is unprofessional to the max, in my opinion. When I said "just cancel my order, please "he was super eager to do so. In retrospect, I'm glad I did because my pizza had been sitting out of the oven for almost 25 minutes at that point. Terrible managerial skills. I'll change my review when the place gets its ducks in a row.
Jeff makes the best pizza ever always hand made and cooked to perfection will only get pizza from this domino's staff and drivers are very friendly and helpful I recommend this domino's above all the other ones !
