I love California Pastrami! Their food is always amazing and the owners are awesome!
I don't know if it was because they were busy on a Saturday night, although that really shouldn't matter - but they got our order wrong and the product that was right was sub-standard. The Philly cheesesteaks had very little cheese, onions or bell peppers, but plenty of wax paper in what was made supposed to be the steak. Wrong drink order. Condiments put on or left off at the whim of whoever was preparing the food. Very disappointed overall - but typical of the Albuquerque food service industry.
Awesome sandwiches, nice staff, and clean place. The prices are pretty high for a sandwich though.
Called in ahead of time thinking to just stop in pick up my sandwich and leave. Not the case was left on hold 12mins and by the time they picked up the phone I was 2 minutes away from them. Food is great but I expected more for being my first time experience.
