Left several voicemail(s) for a person in this office handling the nursing home fiasco, and I have YET TO HEAR FROM ANYONE in this office; in my opinion this is very unprofessional and goes 100% against what they are here to do. Serve their constituents. Shame.
NMAG is a BAD Practical Joke! BCBS put out in print what is covered, then wont cover what is put out in print, When I filed, I got response from investigator "an MCO like blue cross blue shield, Molina etc. has every right to say what they will and wont pay for. So it does not matter what and Insurance Company puts out in print as covered, the insurance company can then pay for nothing at all and they have the full support of the NMAG in that kind of FRAUD. NMAG is Pure FRAUD SUPPORT!

I had a collection agency harassing me for a bill that had been paid off ,one of the employees from the AG's office contacted them and the harassment stopped I thank them for their help i am grateful
