The household hazardous waste disposal service was awesome! In and out in under 5 min with friendly helpful staff.
Last week saw a solid waste guy get out of his truck, walk to a neighbor's house, bring the bin out to the street, dump the load in the truck, return the bin to the house. That resident needed extra assistance and received it -- above and beyond. When I have put out stuff that could not be collected because of rules, the driver has come to the door to explain what and why. Department seems to have a good service mentality, much appreciated.

The City of Albuquerque citizen contact section have superior customer service representatives. I spoke with four personnel and each person treated me as a valued customer. Each were extremely polite, patient, and ensured each understood my concern and sent me a courtesy notification email. It is evident that customer service is a top priority. In addition, the solid waste service person that fixed my trash container lid; thankyou for a job well done.
