Mr. Ben McIntosh gives all other hard working city employees a bad name. He is the bad apple that gives the stereotype of a "city worker."
On 12/11/15, he claims he inspected our building for zoning, yet we never saw him and we were at the location from 7am until 630pm. He also states on my voicemail at 134pn that we needed to repaint parking striping lines even if it was not a customer parking, instead it is re-purposed for a display area. We immediately complied with an additional cost to us even knowing it was not a requirement just to appease him. We attempted to call him 7x and he ignored our calls. We called from a different number on the 8th attempt and he immediately answered. We then asked him to return and he refused because he leaves at 4pm. He very clearly made us aware that 4pm and not a minute later. That was 2.5 hours away. He did assure us that someone, either him or another inspector, will be back out first thing Monday morning.
My water is yellow. Why is my water yellow? How can you charge people for this poor excuse for water? You couldn't pay me to drink this!
Please explain to me, Mr. McIntosh, why you are determined to keep small business who is 100% complaint, from operating in New Mexico, creating jobs and revenue for this state?

We made sure we were available at the location all day on Monday. One of our owners visited Mr. McIntosh's office on Monday and was informed Mr. McIntosh was off on Monday. Today is Tuesday. We arrived at the Mr. McIntosh's office to get his sign off after another inspector confirmed we are 100% complaint. Mr. McIntosh is again avoiding us by sending multiple employees to tell us to go leave because he will be in meetings all day.
