Staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely interested in gems, minerals, jewelry-making. I always find something new and interesting here. My favorite store in town!
I went in and was not greeted by any staff or spoken to in reference to help. Horrible service. This place will never get my money.
Google needs to add more stars. This place is more than just awesome, it is an adventure. You walk in and there are things inside this store that you will see no where. The people here are kind and super caring. I was traveling through the state, and mentioned my little son and his interest in rocks. They made me feel like I was one of the family. Showed me a collection of rocks were just awesome. Never pressured me to buy something. They gave me, outright just gave me a rock for my little boy. I want to travel the 900 miles just to come back to the store. This is the kind of place where you will learn, and leave with a smile. Id give them 100 stars if it was possible!
This place is the best rock and mineral store you will find ANYWHERE, PERIOD. Caring and helpful staff as well as a large selection add to the experience. If you're in the area, shop here.
Best little hole in the wall rock shop you didn't notice! TONS of stuff in the rotating cases, you could stay here all day admiring the sparkle. Staff knows their stuff and have nothing but time to shoot the breeze about rocks with you
