I think this is best pawn shop in they are all very nice they conduct themselves very professional and they will work with to help you keep your stuff even if you are a lil late on your pawn ticket are at least they have with me that's why I think this is a 5 star pawn shop and they have a bunch of cool stuff you can buy there to I say check it out and see for yourself
Very disappointed! I came into store this afternoon to see if I could pawn my laptop for two days as finances have been tight this month. Brought a clean touch screen Dell back into the store to give the gentlemen a lookover. He checked it asked what am I looking to borrow I told him anything he may lend possible as I only needed the borrow on the laptop till Friday. At that point he responds he cant make an offer, after asking how much I wanted to borrow? At that point that really confused me being contradicticting in that manner is obviously deliberately rude. I asked what the reason for and he replied because it reeked of cigarette smoke and that the smell can get on other pawned laptops and what not and will upset customers. So I brushed off the irrational justification of that and asked him about jewelry he said sure what did I have?. At this point he proceeds to put three squirts of hand sanitizer on his hands rubbing the sanitizer as if he touched a hazardous diseased material. I pulled out a neglace with a mutiple black diamond petite silhouette of a kitten on silver with silver chain. He told me it was worth nothing do to the fact diamonds were so small and on a silver kitten frame. Again this is another bold and bogus statement because I purchased the neglace at Macy's on sale for Christmas 2015 in the amount of 125.00. Did I say on sale as a matter of fact it was 50% off. So Im sure if all else failed would in the unlikely event been able to resale if I didnt pay the loan. I had a few other items like gold and diamond rings and real turquoise I was reluctant to pull out my purse at this point because its obvious this man would not do business with me, so why bother. So just an F.Y.I. if you plan on pawning or selling here make sure someone isnt smoking in vehicle with you on the way if not yourself because if they are you most likely will be refused with a bogus excuse do to personal opinion not facts. As I walked out store he wished me a good day he wished me a good day. Really how sincere when your coming to a store with sentimental value items that actually has dollar worth just to be rejected due to being discriminated because of their prior enviromental exposure scent. Obviously pawning is always last resort. This is no way to treat your neighbors. I will never do business here as well I will tell every person this story to make sure they take to sale or pawn elsewhere. Keep the insincerity up with your passive aggressiveness behavior and fake smile it will bring tons of business... Good day sir.
Definitely recommend this shop. Ive used this shop for years and not once had a bad experience. The staff are very cool, knowledgeable, and price their products very reasonable. On top of that i've never have found a gun shop/pawn shop in town with lower transfer fees than this shop.
