My fiance designed and purchased my engagement ring from Melissa. She was extremely helpful and did not put any pressure on him as he experienced with other jewelry stores. We went back to purchase our wedding bands and she was again extremely helpful and made the shopping process fun! We will be back for any future purchases!

I purchased wedding bands and an engagement ring through Butterfield, and on both occasions I was helped by Melissa. Each time, the customer service exceeded my expectations. I was helped right after walking through the door, I got my items in a timely manner, Melissa maintained great communication throughout, and both times she stayed within my budget. I guess that's really all I could ask for.. These guys are great!
We were out of town travelers and the band on my Luminox watch broke. It is unique to the watch. We called Butterfield Jewelers and they were extremely helpful. Said they did not have one in stock but would take one from a new watch. When we came in we got a different salesperson (also very helpful) who found a match in stock.....we heard someone call from the back "you cannot sell that I have someone coming in". We did not promise to come in but they were holding a band anyways. Exceeds expectations!
We went to a number of the local jewelry stores in Albuquerque when looking for a wedding ring, but we became discouraged by lack of customer service and inflated prices. This ended when we went to Butterfield. The customer service was excellent and personal. We received honest answers to our questions and didn't feel pressured. Additionally, the prices were better than all the others stores too.
