They do beautiful work. Worth the wait. Kay is an amazing designer!
We paid a deposit for a custom necklace to be made. 8 months later the work has not been done and we are told that we will have to pay more than the original price if we want the work done now and if we don't want the work done we will not be refunded the deposit. Kay will no longer speak with us and will not refund any money even though we have received no merchandise. Kay seemed like a wonderful person but I am extremely disappointed in my experience at Romero Jewelers! I would not recommend anyone buy jewelry there.

Each experience has brought exceptional quality craftsmanship, creative flare and a commitment to work with us to make sure the end result was even more than we had hoped for! Kay captured all of the nuances necessary to create pieces that allow us to relive those events and those stories every time we glance at her gorgeous work . Kay herself is a gem! Wouldn't consider going to anyone else for our custom made, one of a kind jewelry expressions!
My fiancé and I initially heard about Romero's through Facebook. We made an appointment and within a week, Kay had a sketch of our design. We had no idea what jewelery design entailed and were impressed by the artistic insight Kay had when designing our wedding rings. She walked us through the whole process and showed an incredible amount of intuition about where we wanted our design to go. The final products were remarkable, truly works of art from a master designer. My wife and I plan on doing business with Romero's and with Kay in the years to come.
