This place is a real gem---no pun intended. The customer service is truly outstanding. ALL the staff are friendly & helpful, and the store is neat, clean and well lit with rotating cases that make it easy to see the pieces. I thought the prices were remarkably fair with a varied selection of jewelry. Andy and Bob were so incredibly helpful and nice that I'm making this my new 'go-to' spot for gifts.
During a recent visit stopped by chance and could not have been more pleased with how my husband and I were treated. This is the only pawn shop I will ever buy or get a loan out on my jewelry. All the employees are so friendly. Especially the two behind the jewelry counter. They don't pressure you into buying anything and for that I usually end up putting something on laway. My visits have always been a positive one. They deserve a 5 star rating!!
