I have had to sell most of my silver because of many things and this place has been wonderful. The employees are so kind and friendly and the amounts they pay are great. I love it there.
I was really nervous about going to sell my jewelry but I realized it was easier than I thought. I got a pretty good deal for all that stuff in my drawer that I will never wear. Staff was really knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend them.
AWFUL! they offered me $160 for things that another shop gave me $705 for. I felt like a criminal since they were behind the bullet proof glass and the security guard watched me the whole time. They told me a 14K white gold diamond bracelet was only low grade sterling silver and worth $30 (the other shop gave me $500 for it). The kid that waited on me was about 20 years old and didn't know anything about jewelry. DO NOT SELL TO THEM- THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
