John Thomas Jewelers was the store where my husband created my amazing one-of-a-kind engagement ring! He was so happy he chose John Thomas for creating my ring. A custom ring! What woman wouldn't want that? And for our wedding, they helped us create our (once again) one-of-a-kind wedding bands. They are so talented and creative! They answered all of our questions and eased our concerns. They even let me drop by whenever I want to clean my rings. :) When you walk into the store, you feel like family. I couldn't have asked for a better team of Jewelers. All of them are very knowledgeable, friendly, and able to help you find the perfect ring. I spent three months looking at other Jewelers before my fiance's maid of honor took me to see John and his team. From the moment I began speaking with him I knew I was in the right place. John's team was able to make me a completely custom ring within my budget. The ring turned out 10 times better than perfect and I cant wait to give it to my fiance, it is sure to make her cry. I have since recommended him to all of my friends and family not only because of the top-notch quality, but because they will consider things you have never thought about in a ring. Once you meet John and his team, you'll never shop anywhere else.
Most importantly, they stand behind their work. We had an issue with one of the small stones my fiancé's ring. They replaced the stone without cost to us.
They are absolutely amazing!!! Sadly, my original wedding ring was lost and I couldn't find anything that I liked at the many many jewelry stores I visited in multiple states. They worked with us long distance after we visited the first time. They designed me a completely original ring using the design of my old ring and another design that I liked. I'm sure I was a very difficult customer to please because I am so picky, but they persevered and made the absolutely perfect ring for me!!!
