My favoritr jewelry store! The staff here is always friendly. I have had two rings resized here and they do get them done timely. The prices are reasonable. They also work to find pieces within your price range.
I went in to look at engagement rings. All the rings looked the same. They were the same cut. There was nothing I liked. All square and solitaire and not my style. No variety. No taste. I did not even want to try any on.
I always had good luck with this Jared until I took my Tag Heuer in recently to be serviced. I dropped the watch of two months ago and I'm still watchless. When I call the staff gives me fits saying if it were in they would've called me. Meanwhile no on can tell me where the watch is. The staff then tells me we barely gave authorization 5 weeks ago but Matt had called me two weeks prior to that for the same authorization. Total lack of knowledge and professionalism in trying to locate and get my watch back to me. I understand it's the holiday season but I want to know where my watch is and how much longer this is going to take!
Shopping for wedding bands? Avoid Jared's. Worst service we've ever received and thanks to their series of mistakes we won't have my husband's wedding band in time for our wedding next Saturday. Thanks Jared for the awful wedding surprise.
The shop had a very nice lay out with a lot of options. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a well dressed, friendly lady. She asked what we were looking for and what our favorite style was and room us right to what we wanted to see. After a little conversation she realized there were other styles we may like and was correct and knowledgeable in the product. Ultimately a pleasant shopping experience.
