I called for an estimate on an engine replacement and the employee who answered the phone informed me they no longer provide this service but was willing to give me information that was helpful and gave me suggestions on what information I needed. Very helpful!
In the process of taking my car in for a diagnostic (and hopefully a fix to the issues); I spoke with three different people all of whom were friendly and helpful. The lead mechanic was very good about explaining to me what the issues, solutions, and costs were when we spoke on the phone and in person. They found/fixed my problem and went beyond what I was expecting all for a reasonable price.
I'll definitely be using them again the next time my vehicle needs some work done.
Passing through Albuquerque on our way to Colorado and needed major repairs. Chuck and his mechanics diagnosed the problem right away and had us back on the road within a few days. Would highly recommend him! Wish he was here in Houston!
