They are always honest and do timely work. The prices are very good. I feel very strongly about my Mercedes and I'm very glad I found this place to work on her. :)
When my older Audi decided to no longer start I first took it to the Audi dealership . Big mistake !!!!! My worst experience ever. They couldn't fix it they said and that I needed to junk it cause it's a 02. Yet, they still charged me $ 1100.00 and made me tow it back to my house. Not wanting to give up on my first Audi I called Hans and I have been dealing with Andres since April to get my car started. He has worked with me and has gone above and beyond . I never thought I was going to find a trustworthy car mechanic and I have found it with Hans . Thanks guys
Purchased one of the owners cars sight unseen and flew there to get it. Andreas turned out to be super honest or everything about the car. The next morning I met one of their Audi technicians Zac. Zac also turned out to be great and was very smart about the car. Went over it with me and answered all my questions. He put my mind at ease for the long ride home. I highly recommend them.
They take forever have to much bussiness more than they can handle they charge 120.00 an hour and charge two hours up front yet wont tell you that
I have had them service my Mercedes about three times now, and the service is always great. One time, I thought I needed my brakes changed but they told me I didn't, and gave me all the information I needed. I ended up getting my oil changed instead...
Fantastic customer service and a rare actual desire to ensure the cutomer's needs are met. These guys went above and beyond troubleshooting and ultimately repairing an older car, which to them may not have seemed too important, but they understood that to me, that was my means of transportation. If anyone in the 505 is trying to figure out where to bring their German auto for service or repair, don't look anywhere other than Hans Wittlers. They will take care of you.
