Staff was rude once we made it passed the check in desk. I've never felt so uncomfortable in a doctor's office.
I was first a patient of Dr. Shoden's 15 years ago after an emergency ectopic surgery. I needed a new provider and used an app that coincidentally reconnected me with this practice. This was a pleasant surprise when I realized my new provider was at this practice. I am currently under the care of Dr. Schwarz and Dawn Kerridge CNP. I haven't met Dr. Schwarz as of yet but I am very satisfied with my care just as I was 15 years ago . I am finding very compassionate attention. I required additional procedure after an abnormal result from my exam and was promptly scheduled to address issue in 2 days from notification of the results. The exams and procedures have been painless. The wait times have been low. Don't think I've spent more than an hour for either visit. Communication has been excellent so far. I highly recommend Southwest Women's Health.
Dr. Schwartz is very kind, patient, and listens to your concerns. She suggested an in-office procedure for my condition, and it worked wonderfully. I completely trust her medical expertise and would highly recommend her.
Was just exposed to the worse, unmotivated, snarky receptionist. I loved Southwest Women's Health, recommended it highly to everybody in the past....sorry, I can't come back if it is almost impossible to get an appointment scheduled in a nice professional manner. Customer Service needs to improve!!
Best medical environment I've been to in a really long time. Everybody was super friendly and super helpful. My doctor made my first experience very comfortable for me. Everyone was nice and I felt comfortable from the minute I was greeted at the door up until till I left. Great location; easy to find.
