CPAP mask broke walgreens refused to replace without a prescription from doc they refused to set an appointment because it had been longer than a year and they weren't accepting new patients, without a referral from primary physcian. So now it will be at least a FULL MONTH before I will be able to get a replacement mask due to bureaucratic BS

I got a robo call today stating there was a very important matter that I needed to contact them about. After calling back and waiting on hold, it turns out that they had billed the wrong insurance, not for me but for my wife. All the time on hold I was thinking something had happened to my wife, unprofessional and hurtful.

Staff was very unfriendly, unhelpful and unsympathtic!

This location their best, Diagnosis would be put them in, no I don't know Las Vegas not the good Las Vegas, let's get rid of them.

The doctors refused to admit my child, even tho she said she was suicidal and there were several examples of her risky behavior, including self harming behaviors. After, 12 years If her receiving counseling services thru Presbyterian, they failed her and ignored the dangers she posed. The response i was given is, just because she says she is, doesn't mean she will and she can harm herself all she wants. Then they offered to send her to a homeless shelter for teens. I took her to UNMH behavioral health and they accepted her for the same reasons Kaseman refused to.

Of course everybody knows that they're federally funded.

my son was admitted here against his will. It was a devastating experience for my entire family. My husband had to relocate because we live in AZ. My sons case manager was always available to us. She called us back quickly and answered our questions. Although my son hated being there he admitted that it was actually a nice place and was taken care of. He had been homeless before being admitted and was stealing food. He always commented on how good the food was and he finally gained some weight. I am grateful they took his situation so seriously and took care of him. It saved his life. Now the rest is up to him.
