To be fair, I had to swing by this location once more, and was helped by Christina and Ian in placing an order. They were very professional and nice. They have changed my opinion on the store. So I will remove my previous comments and thank them for helping me so well.
DO NOT BUY WINDOWS THROUGH THE HOME DEPOT. We signed a contract for replacement windows on 09/02/2017 and we are STILL waiting to receive a copy of the contract we signed and the "lifetime warranty" the salesman promised. We have heard nothing from these people in several weeks. I called 5 different numbers about my concerns and so far NOTHING. The people in charge of this project are in AZ and do not respond to messages or answer phones. If you are going to spend $10,000 on window replacements go to a place that actually trots you like a paying customer. We have filed a complaint with the BBB and if that does not work we will be filing an action in claims court. You work too hard for your money to give it to people who don't care about you as a paying customer.
I love that we can take our dog and our kiddos can run around here all while we shop for items for our home. We are also inspired to be creative!
I was impressed with the way Fiona, the cashier manager, and Carlos in the garden center. Fiona employed competence and courtesy in resolving an issue at the customer service desk. She listened in a caring manner and with no blame toward neither the cashier nor to me. She calmly cleared up the misunderstanding and all was well. Also, Carlos, spent time with his knowledge in helping me select the right BBQ grill. He then kindly loaded the boxed grill onto a cart and rolled it out to the car and unloaded it. He´s an awesome gentleman.
Customer service was awesome. Had alot of questions and they answered everyone of them. Very professional.
