I showed up at 5 till 8am on a Saturday while the staff was opening the doors wide open and setting the door stops to keep them open. When I asked if they were open. An extremely rude employee said we open at 8am. Seeing the doors wide open and it being so close to 8 am. I said. So you're not open yet? She then looked at me rolled her eye and in a rude, harsh degrading voice said "WE OPEN AT 8 O'CLOCK!!" I will never shop there again.
I have always received excellent customer service especially over the telephone above and beyond. Ace generally has what I'm looking for and I don't need to run around town. Thanks Ace

The staff here is always wicked friendly and helpful. I have gone several times and usually only need sonething tiny. Only one time did I make a larger purchase and whether I am spending $0.27 or $100, these folks always treat me great and go above and beyond. Tonight I went in with a stuck nut and needing another nut. They fixed both and didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time like some places do when you only want a small purchase. So thanks Ace and your team. I will keep coming back.
