We went in today with our two-year old to get pedicures. While the girl who was doing my pedicure was using the Dremel tool on my left foot she accidentally knicked it with the tool, causing it to start bleeding. She put a bandaid over it and continued with the pedicure. At the end, as I was taking my right foot out of the paraffin wax, she motioned for me to put my left foot, bandaid still attached, into the wax. I told her I didn't want to put that foot into the wax, obviously for health reasons. When it was time to pay the bill they did not offer any discount for the inconvenience of cutting my foot open. They also charged us for our daughter's pedicure, despite the fact that instead of enjoying our pedicures, my wife and I had to concentrate on trying to control our daughter while our pedicures were being done because there were only two girls doing pedicures at NOON ON A SATURDAY, and they insisted on doing us first for some reason. Needless to say, we won't be going back there. Between the fact that they almost unapologetically caused physical harm to a customer and the fact that they were willing to commit what must be a health code violation for who knows what reason, I would strongly suggest weighing your options before choosing to spend money here.
I want to start off by saying that my wife and I have been going to this place for years and have never had a problem with them. If anything we have been a little light with our tipping, so maybe what I'm about to say is karma...
Ok price. But I hate how they only accept cash.
I love this place. I have been going for 3 1/2 years. They are always friendly and do a fantastic job. I recommend anyone and everyone go. I never ever have left without a smile. Never came in without a smile They know me by name.
I have tried this place a couple of times and each time the nail polish is sticky so its dirty very quickly and looks gross. I don't know why this happens but its happened each time. Also, the last time I was there they have changed to cash only. Thank goodness I had some cash in the car. I won't be going back.
This place is the best been going since I was little wide selection of polish are always understanding my nails usually last a good 3 or 4 weeks at the most do a great job always take there time and they don't rush through it they clean the tools right after use in front of you even when it's busy you don't wait long
