Worst experience ever! All of those ladies were very rude & very unprofessional. Nothing but attitude & of course bad talk about everyone in the room... do not recommend & will never go back! Negative 5 stars.
Wow. What can I say. The place was filthy dirty. The nail techs were SO rude.
If I could give this place a negative 5 I would. The only reason I went is a friend gave me a gift card because the place was close to my home. Place is dirty and they are very, very rude! I had an appointment for a mani/pedi, I was there for 3 hours only because the technician was bouncing between me and walk in customers. They don't even try to talk to you, BUT they do talk Chinese amongst themselves for hours and hours. Wont be going back, the ONLY reason they are getting customers is because of their location. It is definitely NOT because they are friendly or clean. The people that are given this place a 5 star is obviously owners or employees which they are all related Im sure.
Good place to go when your in a hurry. Not very clean, lots of acrylic dust, though I must say that the last few times I went was better then usual.
Very impressive with my nails they did a great job and they waited for me I called at 6:40 the nail tech took her time even if I was the last person I would definitely go back
"Jenny" put cuticle oil on my toenails then put the nail polish right over it. Then she filed the flesh off my foot and laughed when she hurt me. Then I asked Jenny for a card and she points to the front door and walks away.
Terrible terrible experience. Never again.
Then they were talking bad about the customers.
