Bair Medical Spa is awesome! Margie and the front desk staff are so kind and caring. They are very honest and they have never tried to push any further services on me. This place has been around for ten years so that has to say something them, they are truly professional and I very well skilled and trained in what they do. Its such a nice thing when you go to a business and they really treat you good, you would think that would be a given, right? well sometimes it's not. So kudos to you Bair Medical Spa and keep up the good work!
I won a vampire facial, which was amazing. I also get Botox there and Maria is very good at what she does. The staff seems very knowledgable. I will keep going back for sure!

This place SUCKS!!! After years of trying to get them to give me what I needed. They only got it right once $! Always had to go back for the to fix the bad injections...then they would say I always needed MORE!! Well my opinion, and the the opinion of friends that I have sent here, is, they dilute their products. This is how they are able to have so many discounts. Save your hard earned money and go to a True plastic surgeon that will NOT dilute their products. Hered if you are not happy, they do not want to do anything but upcharge you to get what u are looking for..
