I tried this place from a recommendation of a coworker. I've visited this nail salon three times. First time: one star- mark gave me a full new acrylic set with polish and a pedicure. He was rude, rough, and messy. He was so rough on both my hands and feet. My cuticles even started bleeding on a few fingers.
Was getting a pedicure while picking my color a cockroach was climbing on my friends leg. When I had my color picked she tried pulling it out of my hand and wouldn't wait. While getting my pedicure she hurt me multiple times. Awful service and will never go back again!!!
They are always so polite and quick. They believe in customer satisfaction. It is always clean. Beautiful nail art. Kid friendly. Hello kitty chairs for kids to get pedicures
The man doing my nails made my middle finger bleed. He didn't even let me know. I didn't even see it until after. My cuticle was all bloody. I got a gel manicure, but he didn't even cover the bottom of each nail.
Second visit: I can't remember her name but she was better. I'd leave her three stars. She was also rough and didn't talk much. But after my rebase they were decent. She didn't paint my entire nail and the nails weren't even all the way across on a few but they were much better than my set before.
My third visit was a pedicure with my sister: both of us had a experience that felt rushed and half As*ed. And my sisters toe bled. After this visit I asked the receptionist if there is anything they can do. The manager looks at the toe asking for the bleeding which was already washed off. She just walked away and didn't accommodate. Very rude and doesn't care to make it right. I recommend Ninas nails on Wyoming and Indian school. They have better prices, service, and appreciation.
Tyler gave me exactly what I wanted for my wedding acrylic nails and my toes ! My mom and 9 year old sister were satisfied with their manicures and pedicures ! Thank you T and Y nails for the great experience !
