I loved them! Not only did they do a great job on my natural nail gel manicure, they are honest, genuine people that made me feel welcome and apart of the family! I will be taking my sister with me next time!
So, this year I got a gift card from there. For a moment I thought of not going. Things had to have changed I thought. So.. I go. Inside I ask them what I wanted. A pedi. Four techs stand behind the desk looking at me. Finally someone will be with you. There's 9 empty chairs and they take me to the BACK where the seat is completely covered in tape. This little guy comes out and starts. He scratched himself. On his face, back, legs, and face again. An hour later, he asked if I wanted foot massage and lotion? I thought pedi came with that. I didn't get one. 35 dollars later. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed. I talked with manager and she said she didn't have time for that. NEVER GOING BACK!!!
I would never go back to this place. I was there about a year ago. On a Saturday, there was a bridal party there getting pedi. The overweight male tech tells the girl to spread it as he's slipping on her sandals. He laughs, thought it was funny. The girl looked shocked. I quit going there.
