I have been getting my hair cut at Cila Salon now for about five years. It is a great place to relax and get a great haircut! The staff is very courteous and they always do a great job. Highly recommend this anyone!
I love this place. They have always been attentive to me when I go in. I have been going to see Andrea Cottin since September 2012. And the products they use are so amazing. It is the only product I have been able to use long term without irritation to my scalp, and my hair is so soft and healthy even though I have been dying it for 5 years. Carmel Lepore the owner is so sweet.
Brought drawings, not followed. Right side chopped. Embarrassed to go anywhere looking like this. Inexperienced stylist didn’t seem to be able to understand. This is the worst ever cut.
Terrible haircut; terrible customer service. Carmel cut my hair – it looks like a 6 year old attacked my head with a pair of blunt scissors. Uneven, ends sticking out, and no discernible style. I spoke with her a couple of days later because I wanted her to rework the haircut so that it would at least be more manageable for me. What I heard from her was that it was my hair that was the problem, and other excuses. I also made the mistake of letting her color my hair (my bad!). Without discussing it with me, she put permanent dye in my hair. I was shocked because I never put permanent color in my hair; I have never met a hairdresser that would do that without talking to a customer first. Also it’s 4 shades darker than my actual hair. This is someone who is very arrogant and has no respect for customers. I had a terrible experience at Cila – save yourself the aggravation and stay away!
I have never had a haircut where I have loved every stage of the grow out, not just when it first gets cut.
