Xpac is a no nonsense straight up gym for people of all fitness levels. Very fairly priced. Offers small group and individual training. Marsha, the owner is very accommodating to personal needs, friendly and an excellent professional trainer.

People come and go, for their own thing. Not a fashion show style gym.. There is a wide variety of equipment and weights.

Love Xpac! It's a no bs gym- lots of weights which is perfect for us. Marsha is always very friendly and welcoming, too!
XPac is my go-to gym. It's one of the few places in town that puts a priority on weight lifting—there are plenty of free weights, a few squats racks, and plenty of benches. It's almost never too crowded and open 24 hours. The facility is no-frills, but that suits me just fine. The membership is reasonable and Marsha, the owner, is friendly and knowledgeable.
