Great gym with great people! If you are new to cross fit (or working out in general) they really take the time to make sure your form is correct and that you understand the workout. The workouts are varied and the environment is very welcoming. I highly recommend Assimilation CrossFit
Comradery and teamwork during the workouts helps keep me motivated and coming back for more.
So glad I found Crossfit Assimilation. The workouts are always varied so you don't get bored. Elijah the owner and coach does a great job of making you feel like you are part of a community by recognizing your accomplishments both in and out of the gym.
I would recommend Crossfit Assilimation to anyone interested in trying crossfit and looking for a community! It's one of the best gyms I've ever attended and I've worked out at a lot of different kinds of gyms in Albuquerque. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel like part of the family. Elijah and his coaches are knowledgeable, they are focused on teaching the fundamentals and truly care about their clients and their progress. I was hesitate and nervous to try crossfit and I love it thanks to Crossfit Assilimation!
