Love this gym! I love the variety of classes! Ji is an amazing trainer! My 2 boys take the youth classes they love it. UFC gym is my sanctuary!
This review is long overdue. I have been coming here for a year and I can't even express how much this place has changed my life. I started coming here in August or September of 2016, and since then I have completely fallen in love with this gym.
Also as a bonus, UFC Gym always is giving back to the community holding drives for the local food bank, neighborhood schools, and this month they are doing Burpees for Boobies donating all the money to a breast cancer fund!!
I honestly can't say enough about this place! This has become like a second homes! It is filled with great coaches and I even have made a great bunch of friends here! Thank you UFC!! You guys are great!!!
This gym is awesome!! I have been coming here for years and love it. The members and staff are friendly and come to workout. The classes offer variety and the weight equipment is in great shape. Everyone should try it.
My fitness has drastically improved. Even though I haven't met my desired weight (due to my love for food), I have been able to accomplish things in the fitness realm that I always thought I would never be able to do!
My third year at UFC. Not only it's the fittest I've ever been (and I've worked out all my life), my coach worked me back into top physical condition after major surgery better than any physical therapist had before. UFC is not just a workout - it's a lifestyle. Every single person here is dedicated, professional, and genuinely nice.
I remember my first class on a Friday with James, and I was pretty convinced I might die... but as I continued to come I got stronger and fell in love! Before, I hated to workout, but UFC made it fun!!!! They make working out a fun, yet challenging activity that makes you want to come back for more. No matter how sore you get or how hard the workout is, you want more. They change it up so you are constantly doing new things.
So glad I made the decision to join! I’m challenged on a daily basis with the variety of classes and the coaches are awesome. Everyone is friendly and really helpful. Would highly recommend this gym!!!!
Ufc has a great bunch of coaches that work hard to help you meet your fitness wants and needs. They make you feel comfortable and they make sure you really get a bang for your buck! All of the classes are fun, and the coaches can help you modify if needed (if you can't do the move or if you are injured). Ufc also offers personal training. That too is great because you can work one on one with the coaches to help you accomplish your goals. They will meal plan for you, give you workouts, and of course plan individual training sessions for you!
