Good gym, friendly staff, never bothered by other clientele. Beware the money grubbing 30 day notice policy for cancellation, though. They depend on you to forget this to get an extra month of money out of you. What the hell is this, an apartment?! A place of employment?! Ridiculous.
I've been at Snap for 3 years. I have never really been impressed with it as far as gyms go. The price isn't bad for the entire month, but I have an issue with staff. They are never present at the desk when you need them and they change over instructors a lot. I was considering quitting at one point, but I met an instructor, Steve Holden. He was the best instructor because he took time to explain things, he was energetic, and he made me want to work out. Unfortunately he no longer works there either, so I've quit. It's just unfortunate that they drop so many classes because instructors come and go.
I've been to a lot of gyms and the staff here is definitely at the very top. Equipment is clean and the staff is always keeping everything very neat and tidy. If you want a gym where you feel comfortable and the staff treats you like family go here.
