I love this gym and it has been my fitness home for the last 2.5 years. Here's why: Great community - family oriented, friendly folks at all levels and walks of life. Great coaches - down to earth, friendly and motivating; extremely knowledgeable in olympic lifts, gymnastics, mobility, and nutrition. Great facility - all the equipment you could ever need laid out in the most efficient manner. This gym is a good fit whether you're just starting out or you've been at it a while.
Crossfit Petroglyph is amazing and a great place to train. Tory and Keli are very knowledgeable and have a lot of Crossfit Certificates to back it up. I love the family friendly atmosphere and the down to earth trainers. I have had nothing but great experiences there!!!
It's affordable compared to other CrossFit places in town.
