This company performed a landscaping job on my neighbors yard and created a flooding problem in my yard. They were notified about the problem a week ago and have yet to correct it. In the mean time I can't start my own project due to the flooding. This should have been an automatic quick fix. Poor work and poor customer service.
I have mixed feelings about Hilltop, so I’ll just break it into pros and cons. Pros: Hand-drawn custom design for my yard was very impressive. I loved that. Very friendly service from start to finish. Price was reasonable. End product was perfect, exactly what I wanted, done professionally. Really quality work. The project manager was always just a phone call away and was easy to get a hold of, was apologetic about the problems I experienced and tried his best to resolve them. Cons: Took 3 times longer than what they estimated, which was very inconvenient and stressful for me. This was not due to any unforeseen circumstances, I don’t know if they are slow, or bad at estimating time for projects. I think it’s a little of both. it was very hot, w/ 100 degree weather nearly every day, so I understand to an extent. But they were often waiting around for supplies or materials to be delivered, they seemed unprepared some days. Workers left lots of trash, including cigarette butts around my property. Communication between project managers and workers seems off, there was some miscommunication, which contributed to some of the delay. It was a pretty 50/50 experience for me. Even though the final product was awesome, I would hesitate to recommend them.
Excellent job xeriscaping our huge backyard. We hired them again to redo our front yard. Super staff, great job and a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend this company

Called Hilltop a while back.. I was told they would call me back in 2 to 3 days...after 2 weeks I called them..they still had me on file and did not know why I had not been contacted..they said someone would be getting back with me asap...never happened.. Hilltop does not follow through with there commitments I have read other similar reviews on YP...At this point even if they did call I would send them away due to their lack of common courtesy. PS....I did leave an email (NO Response) I did talk to a receptionist twice that was very nice but I was still left hanging with NO Response or follow through at all...
