Honesty and Quality.... Their designers complete some of the best work I have seen in the Window world. Very unique - and high end!
Sales staff needs to have training on what the Hunter Douglas technology can and can't do. Response times were terrible (we as a customer had to keep calling them to get updates on our $8000 purchase; a 2 week time frame turned into one month). They have a GREAT installer who knows more about the product than this company does and seems to be the only one concerned about customer service.
This is a local, family-owned company, and they did a fantastic job installing my blinds a few years ago. They still look and work great! Mason, the owner, is a really nice guy and takes customer satisfaction very seriously.
My wife and I bought faux wood blinds that after some time warped with the heat here in Albuquerque. We called and voiced our concerns with All About Blinds and they were very apologetic and quick to fix the problem. To our luck the manufacturer representative was going to be in town and wanted to come by our house to inspect the blinds personally. She was very concerned with our dissatisfaction of the product they provided. Within two weeks after the inspection All About Blinds and the manufacturer agreed to replace all of our faux wood blinds at no cost to us with real wood blinds. We were very appreciative of how they righted our situation. We already have and will continue to refer people to All About Blinds. Thank you Mason, Leigh, Joy, Ken & Emerson you guys rock!
Very professional outfit. They came out to my house extremely quickly, I worked with Joy who was very helpful with choosing the colors & textures of the shades that I eventually settled on. The installation was actually done before the front end of the window that was promised. The measurements that Joy took were all perfect and Fred & Ken handled the installation beautifully. It was a large job as I did the whole house but Fred & Ken finished in 3 hours & everything was spotless. Would absolutely recommend to anyone considering swapping out shades or blinds.
This company just wants your money, even the owner wants full payment before the installation was finished.
