We love our new bathroom. The process was enjoyable and just what we wanted. We did not feel pressured to buy anything that we didn't want and were able to provide materials we had already purchased. The design recommendations were very helpful and looks beautiful.
Said he would email the estimate. ..NO EMAIL. Called him 5 days later he said he'd "check the status of that when he got back to the office"...no call back.
This company came up with excellent ideas to renovate our bedroom bathroom, which needed complete rehab: all plumbing was in terrible condition, the sink cabinet was deteriorated, leakage everywhere. We didn’t know what to do. Their design team created several possibilities within our budget, and we made our choice. We had many unforeseen issues come up with the plumbing that could not possibly be foreseen. I appreciated that they discussed all issues with me prior to proceeding. We had clear communication, each morning we discussed the project status to update its progress. Their workers were always polite, timely and very professional installing new plumbing, tiles, sink, toilet and a wonderful walk-in shower! They also added new electrical outlets, drywalled and plastered. I am very pleased and satisfied, plus our new bathroom looks fantastic. We will rehire them to remodel our kitchen when we get around to it.
Forget it. We'll go elsewhere.
15 days later and counting, STILL NO CALL WITH ESTIMATE!
We hired Aberdeen to design and construct our bathrooms. I am happy to say that hiring them was a wise decision. Not only they provided a great plan but also finished the job exactly as planed and on time.
I Called back AGAIN 2 days later and left a message requesting a callback with the estimate (forget the email) , yet no call back..
20 minutes late to scheduled appt (no call).
Provided no additional info about what services he could offer.
Highly Recommend. They are good and on time. Did everything we asked and more.Thank you
