Unfortunately when the day came he didn't arrive. Didn't call, didn't email, no communication. When I finally reached out to ask what was going on, the reply was that he was stuck on other jobs and wouldn't be available to begin work on the date originally he'd communicated.
Wasted a day of vacation waiting on him to show up and begin work, but he didn't show, or even call or email to advise he wouldn't be making it... I had to make the effort.
The patio developed a significant crack within a month of the pour. It has since developed many other cracks.
Arranged to being work on a specific date, about 3 weeks ahead of time.

Overall terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for concrete work.
Lastly, when the company first looked at the site for the patio, I asked them if nearby tree roots would be a problem. They assured me it wouldn't affect the patio. Within a year that section of patio had lifted about 3/4".
Very poor quality. I had a backyard colored patio poured a couple years ago and based on the condition it's in now I strongly recommend against hiring Pyramid. I had to remind them to apply the sealer, which they didn't have on hand, once they returned with the sealer they proceeded to do a horrible job applying the sealer. It is not applied evenly and as a result has a very splotchy appearance.
