We had Get a Grip resurface our guest bathroom a couple of years ago. The work was described as a touch up because only the bottom was scratched. The work was great. Just recently, we noticed that the coating was peeling up. I called Get a Grip to have someone come out and see what was going on. They said they didn't need to see it, that they would come out and fix it. They set up an appointment right away for a couple weeks out. Several weeks later, they called to confirm the appointment. They day of the appointment, Sonny called to say he was on his way, and to see if that time was OK. When Sonny arrived, we discussed to work, which was professionally done at no cost. I had Sonny also install some grout at the tub/wall interface which looks great.

Ten years ago I had Get a Grip resurface my counters, creating a new , more modern look to my kitchen. I loved it. And just last month I had a consultant (Christina) come out to help me decide on a whole new look. There were so many choices to choose from! She was great. The project was scheduled and David came out to do the work. He was very personable, very careful and considerate, and the result is stunning! It looks like a whole new kitchen in just one day's time!
