Although I was impressed with the knowledge and apparent skills of this company, I was very quickly let down by their lack of professionalism. They came out to examine the property to be landscaped, took a copy of the drawn-up plan, and were to return a bid within 4 weeks. At week 5, I called them to follow up and was informed that they had been too swamped to bother making a bid.
I cannot advise using this company as they are wont to waste your time without performing due dilligence to their customers. Even a modicum of professionalism warrants a timely email or call declining to make a bid. Failing to contact at all is deplorable, and "being swamped" is no excuse. A general contractor must have impeccable scheduling and management skills. Desert Willow appears to have neither.
Yes, they were swamped last summer. It's a very small business. I waited until they could get to my yard and was very happy I did. It looks beautiful. They did a terrific job at a very reasonable price. They'll get my business next time I need a landscaper.
