Just spent $13.07 to send a 9-page fax to a local number without telling me a price first... I was shocked! Jan was very impolite/rude when I asked "seriously?" Guess I'll buy a new fax machine.
Jessica is rude and doesn't give out correct information. After I was told one thing and asked to call the customer service center I did, then when the customer service center called her she said stuff was already picked up and there was nothing she could do, she advised me that they don't get paid if they don't send packages back when they aren't picked up in 5 days. So it sounds to me like she was more concerned about getting paid rather than giving me 1 more day to make it to a city that is an hour away and I have been unable to get there. Thanks Jessica for your obvious unconcern for customer service. you should in a different profession that doesn't need to have anything to do with helping people.... maybe go into collections so you can be a inconsiderate person like you really are.
An unfortunate experience. A piece of tape long enough to seal a prepaid return box would be a very good investment in good customer relations. To charge $2+tax for a 30 inch length of tape is price gouging, plain and simple. I will make sure that everyone I know who uses UPS knows about this practice at this store. I advise everyone to avoid this store and its rude employees. There are plenty of other UPS locations in town with more helpful employees - be sure to use those. Reward the good, avoid the bad.
Jan and her staff have always been very helpful and professional and I have been dealing with them for at least five years. I think the bad reviews posted here are by people who just like to find fault, whether it is warranted or not. Or maybe they just had a bad day and needed to make someone feel worse than they did.
Extremely rude staff. I believe Jessica is the manager, and it's clear that this lack of customer service comes from the top down. UPS corporate really needs to look at this location and make some necessary changes. If you plan to drop off packages which already have prepaid labels, they couldn't care less - and look at you as a burden.
