While reading the other reviews here done on Grapevine and Rick, I couldn't help but feel compelled to add my two cents, that being said, in for a penny, in for a pound right? While I am impressed at the Oscar Wilde like word play of Mr. Mutter, I felt the need to point out that regardless of the tone of insincerity that his review left me with after reading, he is actually spot on.
I received first rate service from the time of the purchase of my furniture until the delivery. The owner Rick is very gracious, its always a pleasurable experience going there. I really appreciated the sales associate Richard who was extremely attentive and professional, not to mention, very informative and fun to work with. Not only did he provided great customer service, he also had a wonderful sense of decoration..I highly recommend them, you will be very happy. I am new in town here from the coast and I made my way to Grapevine within 24 hours of my arrival, New Mexico is a strange place for a person used to non stop rain 10 months out of the year, and somehow I forgot all about my strange settings when i came across an absolutly exquisit secretary desk that was from before my time that reminded me of one I had that was hand crafted by my grandfather. It was precious to me as was my grandfather and I lost in in a fire a number of years ago. I spoke with the owner Rick about it at some leangth and found myself having lunch with him and discussing how things have become different in business since the millenials have come of age and how things just aren't as they used to be.
