The Assistant Branch Manager Lori is very rude. She is not sensitive to her customer's needs!!

The only person that made me feel welcomed when I walked in was the the person greeting. Other than that, the customer service wasn't good. Won't go back or refer anyone. It's uncomfortable enough asking for a loan but it's even worse when they made it such an uncomfortable experience.
