I've been shopping at TJ Maxx on and off for so many years and was disappointed that they no longer have layaway, which I really, really liked especially during the holidays, also I am disappointed in how the prices have gone up quite a bit. I remember I used to be able to walk out with lots of clothing and shoes for very little money, now I know why I haven't shopped there in a while!! I do love the clothing and I love the store all together it's just it's pretty pricey now!!
Well stocked - new inventory daily. Pretty well organized given the nature of the business. Very efficient check-out service and I've never experienced any hassle with returns or exchanges.
