Do not come here!! Bottom line they did nothing about this lady cashier trying to steal from the customer! No help, no service, no organization. Look at the pics!.... Top it all off I handed the cashier a gift card and cash. She pretended to run the gift card and put it to the side. After walking out I noticed that she had not even ran the card. I go back to rectify the situation... She denied it until the management came to the "rescue".
Horrible management!!! I will NEVER come back to this location! The sales associates were fine. They do not really care either way but the "manager" was a joke. So rude i had to explain to my little girl after we left that some people just are not happy and if we are going to be treated like that we will spend our money elsewhere. We have shopped at Kohls since before they came to Albuquerque. I know exactly how they price advertise and the sales go. This lady did not try to help correct or even be kind. We will not be back. This was all over $5. Hope they don't need the business i found and ordered the exact same thing on Amazon for half the price.
Store is always a mess
Good selection but pricey for what you get.
Side note: I've been a loyal customer of, "Kohl's" for years now this is the only one I've experienced that's like this.
Nice location but very busy! As a former employee, the inside is a bit of a disappointment as it is always messy. Escalators are confusing. Nice staff but customer service users be amazing at kohls and this one just doesn't have that extra nice friendliness that I came to expect when I worked there.
