I just put the reminder in my smartphone and let the alarm or notice take over.
Spent over 800$ for a mattress and an install. Didn't touch it all night after I got home from work because I wanted to savior the moment. Got in it to go to bed and all I hear is "snap". Box spring snapped because of careless install. Going to call tomorrow to try and have the issue remedied. Need a night to cool down because when you pay for convenience when in reality you could of done it for free and have been more careful about it. It really makes me angry.
Went to Sears Watch and Jewelry Repair. Had a minor jewelry repair. The old guy behind the counter interrupted me and said that he didn't do jewelry repair. WHAT? Then why does his business card clearly state in bold letters: "Many minor repairs while you wait or same day". He sent me someplace else. I found a place on my own who repaired my bracelet for free -- that's how minor the repair was. Then I tried to find some customer service rep to help me in appliances. Nope. NEVER GOING BACK. NEVER.
I also take advantage of the yearly maintenance that is part of the agreements.
This is refreshing compared to my experiences last year.
The repairman was very professional and friendly. He did a clean, fast job and the dishwasher now works good!
I am very pleased that I purchased the warranty on ALL 5 appliances.

Try calling 800 4 my home. Bc when ur stuff breaks that is the hoops they make you jump through. Horrible service
