Helpful sales clerk in jewelry but unable to get any assistance in bedding, so I left without making the purchase that I went for
I bought an expensive bowl and a sticker pad. The sticker pad did not ring up at the sale price. The sales associate was good about correcting the price, but then she didn't even wrap the bowl in paper to cushion it, just put it in the bag.
Fantastic experience! My "favorite" store. The staff are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about their merchandise.
Customer service varies on the associate. The veterans are excellent! The newbies.... not so much, but hey what can you expect. Selection and sales are typically great!
